Legist People was founded by two like-minded individuals who recognised that there was a place in the market for a recruitment 'consultancy' which put heavy emphasis on service to client and candidate alike. This salient point was first aired in the initial discussions that led to the launch of Legist People. As the legal recruitment industry adapts to an increasingly competitive marketplace, the need to assist client and candidate in a 'consultative' fashion has become vital. It is all too easy to compromise principals in the pursuit of profit. We respect the confidence that our clients have in our ability and our approach is based quite simply on integrity, trust and hard work.
