Legal Secretary - Financial Services
Location: : Bristol - Berkshire
Rate: £ 18 to £ 20 K (Full-time)
My client, a reputable law firm in Bristol are looking to recruit a Legal Secretary to work within their Financial Services Team.
As a successful candidate you will assist the designated partner and fee earners in the team with secretarial and administrative tasks and also to provide assistance to others in the Team and Group when required.
Your main duties will include:
Answering telephone calls/dealing with clients/taking messages
Creating/amending documents
Managing diary appointments and making arrangements for meetings
Filing and general admin duties such as faxing and photocopying.
Digital dictation (audio typing)
Assisting the Team/Group with overflow typing
If you have:
Typing speed of 65wpm
Excellent communication skills (both oral and written).
Accuracy, good organisational skills and flexibility
6-12 months previous legal secretarial experience is desirable.
Good knowledge of Word and Outlook is required and experience in Excel, PowerPoint and imanage would be beneficial.
